I add to the choir of praise for the shutter pleat pencil skirt!
This skirt is adorable. I had another one just like it from another brand which mysteriously disappeared and I had to find a replacement. This one is even better. The shutter pleats are very flattering. Some say it runs small, but on my that's not the case. I am 5'9" tall and a solid 18 in dress barn clothes (sometimes a 20). My tummy (and upper arms) are my personal problem areas, and this black skirt works well on me. Being tall, I was pleasantly surprised that this hit just below my knee cap. For someone who is shorter or has very large legs, this might seem to run small... but for me, it's just right... (and, of course, I always wear a shirt that covers my tummy somewhat... could never pull this skirt off otherwise - or any skirt, for that manner).

Flattering and comfortable
I like this skirt. Bought it in black and wore it only once. I felt really good in it and was told it flattered my figure. Washes nicely so far.

sexy
This skirt is form fitting but in a classy way, it will accentuate your curves...which is great! You can look elegant but sexy in a refined way. I love the skirt, the length is just right for a full figure.

Super Cute - Form Fitting
This skirt is super cute. It immediately caught my eye in the store. I was disappointed when I tried it on as it is very form fitting. For someone with hips it definitely doesn't work...at least in my opinion unless you like your curves accentuated, then this might work for you.
