Beautiful
I ordered this dress because it's similar to one I bought a few years ago. That old dress was in blue and no longer fits as I've gone from a 22 to a 14. This dress fits just like I thought it would. It is dry clean only and that is probably the only drawback.

Perfect!!
This dress caught my eye with the waist and the neckline. I tried it on and immediately knew this one was perfect. We bought it for my Prom this year, and I'm VERY excited to wear it.
The waist is high, as you can probably tell, and fits perfectly into the curve. The top can be a little low, depending on what size you're trying (bigger sizes tending to leave more room for the front to open up a bit, whoops), but if you have the right fit, there're no problems with cleavage.
The skirt is just GORGEOUS. It ends at about my knees, and poofs out about 7 or 8 inches from my kneecaps. It's surprisingly light, as well, and you could probably run a marathon comfortably. (Since we're already talking about the skirt, yes, it does puff out if you spin around.)
But the top. Oh, goodness. It's wonderful. The sleeves rest comfortably at the top of your shoulder, and there won't be any adjusting the neckline while you wear it.
The whole dress is balanced perfectly, the color is beautiful, and the fit is lovely.
