Pretty floral fabric. The skirt is cut on the bias, so it stretches out around the hips and then hugs back in at the knees. Not the look any of us ordering plus sizes is looking for. Not the first time I've experienced this with Dress Barn skirts, unfortunately. April 4, 2013
