I ordered this blouse in a 16 and it was too big. Then I ordered it in a 14 and still too large. The problem is that it's too long in the body The pearl applique sat closer to my belly button than my breast bone. I am returning the 16. I tried to alter the 14 by taking it up in the shoulders and raising the pearl applique and now it's sloppy looking. It's a very beautiful blouse but probably meant for a very tall person. Now I'm stuck with a sloppy blouse I can't return because I altered it. Very disappointed.
