Too Tight
I bought my usual size 9m, and these shoes were so tight and hard to get on. I always have a problem with the heel being too loose, but not with these, the heel was snug, and the toes area seemed too short and was very uncomfortable. I took them back to the store. The shoes were very cute, I would reorder but have no idea what to change, the length or width or both.

The shoe is beautiful but is not true to size.
Size runs small. I ordered a size 8 1/2 (which is my exact size) and could not even get the shoe on--it was too small. Other than not ordering your exact size, the shoe is a good buy.

Dressy
These black patent pumps are lovely and very dressy. I bought them to wear to work and to church and am very happy with them. The heel is good and not too high. The size 6 I ordered fit fine, except they run a little narrow, but not enough to be a problem.
