A Favorite
This top fits great. It hits mid hip to wear untucked. I wouldn't consider it cap sleeved. It's just sleeveless.

Loved Style & Quality
I really loved the fit, style, and quality of this top. The style is so trendy and the quality of the material is excellent! I bought this to go with the ruched sleeve navy jacket from Dress Barn and it looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another! You can't go wrong.
