Mixed review
I must admit having a black shrug is a great idea.
I am rather small and I ordered a small. It looks good on but doesn't fit as well as it looks in the photo.
It appears to cover your chest but in reality it barely covers it. A larger size would not improve the situation.
I can fit into it and it actually looks cute on but it just covers your arms
and shoulders, it's wide open in the front..
It isn't all that comfortable on.

Just enough coverage
This shrug just covers the arms and is meant to be worn very open. For me, that is absolutely perfect, because I just want a shrug to cover my upper arms without taking away from my outfit (in this case, sleeveless dresses).

Needs a closure of some sort.
I bought this to wear with abstract rose dress. Since I had to send the dress back, I had no use for the shrug and sent it back as well, but I couldn't have worn it anyway. It was much too small. I had ordered a large, which is what I usually wear, and it was much, much too small. If the size had been right, it would have looked very nice with the dress. Nice and light, just something to cover the shoulders, but it wouldn't stay fitted the way it looks in the picture.
