Fits small....
...but not enough to go up a size. There's definitely no room to gain weight but other than that the dress is sharp and looks very professional. I love the color and the material feels high quality.

very professional look
this dress fits well and looks professional. it is a little on the small side compared with other dress barns dress sizes, but I feel it's the "real size" as most other dresses I bought at size 4 were more like a size 6 to me - they fit but a little on the large side, I would usually prefer to go down one size smaller but unfortunately the smallest size dress barn carries is size 4. I am 5'4 and this dress fits right at the knee length. It fits nicely and I will recommend it to others.

Hoochie Mama dress!!
This dress fits way too small. It was hoochie mama on me!! Definitely NOT appropriate for work. I can't think of any occassion it would be appropriate for.
Also, the belt was confusing.
